A: for most alarm panel, they are 2G alarm only, like W18 G18 K52. but this one is 4G alarm, so you can use it even you have 3G or 4G sim card . it can be used for any country around the world.

Q: What app it is for this alarm panel?

A: This alarm panel is the latest product in the market, so it adopts the latest technology, you can use the Tuya app or Alexa. Camera uses Tuya app too.

Q: Has batteries included

A: panel has build-in rechargeable batteries. remote controller has the batteries too. but motion sensors and door sensors have no batteries because of shipping security matter.

Q:Without Wifi, panel can be used? A: without wifi, you will get phone call or sms message from the sim card if alarm panel is triggered. but you can not get app push message because app can only support with wifi.

Order cancellation
