A: About Monitor. This NVR does not support all kinds of monitors, please refer to the NVR display resolution to use on a compatible monitor. It is very normal that this NVR does not work on an very old 800*600 monitor. We will not accept dispute because of the monitor issue.
B: Return Policy. If the item does not work, you have obligation to send it back to our warehouse or China to our address and we will give immediately test when we receive it. If the item is defective, we will cover your shipping cost and send you the new one.
C: E-SATA Port. NVR E-SATA Port does not offer Power, Please use external Power Supply for your E-SATA HDD (Enclosure)
D: About Recording Device.
(1) E-SATA Port Always recommend Surveillance HDD of each brand, like WD Purple. 6TB Max
(2) TF Card and USB Flash Drive, please always use original Kingston, Sandisk, Samsung Brand, NVR support 8-128G Class 10 type. . . We will test every unit with TF Card and USB Flash drive and we won't accept dispute about recording devices)
E: Shipping.
(2) NVR Housing, Power supply damage during shipping. We will send you the housing or Power Supply replacement quicly. and we will not accept refund request.
